What happens if I exceed my outgoing traffic?

If you exceed your outgoing traffic an invoice will be draft and debited from your wallet. If your balance is too low your server will be paused. Extra traffic is charged 2€/1TB

How to renew my hosting plan ?

You will receive an invoice 7 days before the end of your billing cycle. You can view your invoices in the invoices menu of your account area. If you have enough credit on your wallet, your invoice will be paid automatically from it. If not you will have to topup.

How to cancel auto-renew for a server ?

To cancel the auto-renewal of your server, please visit https://my.servers.guru/servers, click on the "Manage" button, and select "Cancel." Or on your server page in the "manage" tab, click on the "Cancel" button. If your server expires, an invoice will be generated, but it won't be paid automatically. Should you decide to reactivate your server before it expires, simply return to the manage menu and reactivate your server. The invoice will then be paid automatically, and your server will be renewed. If you forget to cancel the auto-renewal of your service, please contact us immediately so we can reverse the invoice and credit your account back. Depending on the time elapsed between the auto-renewal and your cancellation request, we reserve the right to approve or deny the refund request for your renewal.

Do you offer a grace period ?

Customer who have 3 successfully paid invoices automatically get granted a 7 days grace period on their future invoices. You will be reminded 7 days in advance about your renewals. If you do not renew passed those 7 days and are not eligible for the grace period, your associated product(s) will be terminated.

Do you offer different billing cycles ?

You can chose your billing cycle at checkout. You can also change your billing cycle to any number of months up to 1 year in your control panel, on your servers list. Or on your server page in the "Manage" tab.
